BOMA International is excited to bring back Foundations of Real Estate Management® (“Foundations”) virtual certificate program starting on May 29 and ending on June 27! This 10-day soup to nuts course covers the fundamentals of commercial real estate management and is ideal for emerging real estate managers or anyone seeking a more in depth understanding of the role of property/facility management and its impact on asset value. Participants will receive a comprehensive digital course manual that is easy to use and a valuable resource back on the job. View the curriculum.

 
Continuing Education
Upon completion of the Foundations of Real Estate Management Certificate Program, learners will receive a Certificate of Completion and 30 hours of renewal and/or continuing professional development credits toward industry credentials including the CMCP, RPA, FMA, SMA, SMT, CPM and CCM. The CE hours may also be applied to real estate license renewal in states that allow self-reporting.
 
This course fulfills the 30 hours of verifiable education in commercial property management required to take the Certified Manager of Commercial Properties (CMCP®) exam.

To complete the program, learners must complete all training sessions. Registration includes one digital textbook - access to the digital textbook will be emailed within 3 business days before the class starts.
