    Patrick McMakin is Vice President of CBRE Nashville’s Valuation and Advisory Services group, where he specializes in the valuation of retail and office properties while bringing expertise across industrial, multifamily, self-storage, vacant land, and specialty assets. Since joining CBRE in 2008, he has provided appraisal, consulting, and valuation services for institutional properties and large portfolios, serving owners, developers, financial institutions, law firms, insurers, and REITs. He is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and a Certified General Real Property Appraiser in Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee. Marie Ikizler is a Director in CBRE’s Atlanta office, where she leads the supervision and training of more than 30 professionals across the Southeast. With nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate valuation, she specializes in appraising a wide range of property types—including hospitality, retail, industrial, office, multifamily, and specialty assets—for owners, developers, financial institutions, insurers, and REITs. She also has experience providing expert witness testimony and serves as a board member for the Atlanta chapter of the Appraisal Institute.

    The cost of the sponsorship is $750.00. Your company’s logo will be included on the meeting announcement and displayed on the presentation screen prior to the start of the program. You will have five minutes to make a presentation on your company and will have your own table to set up any marketing materials. As the lunch sponsor you are also responsible for a door prize to be given away at the end of the luncheon. BOMA collects the business cards of members in CRE from which to draw the winner. You may bring one guest for free and any additional guests for the lunch fee of $95.00.
