Marie Ikizler is a Director in CBRE’s Atlanta office, where she leads the supervision and training of more than 30 professionals across the Southeast. With nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate valuation, she specializes in appraising a wide range of property types—including hospitality, retail, industrial, office, multifamily, and specialty assets—for owners, developers, financial institutions, insurers, and REITs. She also has experience providing expert witness testimony and serves as a board member for the Atlanta chapter of the Appraisal Institute. |
