  • Registration to attend the trade show (non-exhibitor). Guests who are in property/building management and operations, including engineers, may attend free.
  • Registration to purchase a booth at the trade show.
    Please let us know how many attendees there will be at your booth and if you will need electricity or not.

Principal Members, Engineers, and Emerging Professionals may register with an attendee registration. 


Allied Members must register by purchasing a booth registration.

The Building Owners and Managers Association of Nashville invites all Professional Property Managers, Building Owners, and Facility Managers to the 9th Annual BOMA Nashville Trade show. The Trade Show will be held on April, 25th from 4:00-6:30pm. BOMA's Trade Show will be located in the concourse of First Horizon Park (the Nashville Sounds Stadium). Each attendee will be provided 2 drink tickets, good for beer or wine, and other drinks can also be purchased. Prize drawings will be held every 15-20 minutes throughout out the evening. You must be present to win.

Each exhibitor’s booth will offer information you need to provide your properties with the best products and services. Information tracks include: Janitorial, Plumbing, Landscaping, Elevators, Roofing, HVAC, Security and more.


BOMA Trade Show details for attendees:

  • You can view 60 booths.
  • April 25th from 4:00 – 6:30pm.
  • Location: First Horizon Park (19 Jr. Gilliam Way, Nashville, TN 37219)
  • Parking will be available in nearby lots (signs and direction will be provided)


Over $5,000 in prize drawings!

*Prize drawings will be handed out every 15-20 minutes during the trade show. *Principal Members and other Property/Facility Managers will need to bring plenty of business cards to enter and win the fabulous prizes. (You must be present to win prizes)



Details for booth registrations:

  • Your booth is not secured until payment is received.
  • If payment is not received by 4/12/24, your reserved booth will be made available to those on the waiting list.
  • Theme: Carnival / Fair
  • Set-Up Time: 2:00 PM – 3:45 PM
  • Booth Price includes one 8’ table & 2 chairs.
  • Each booth can have up to 3 members from the exhibiting company.
  • Each exhibitor will receive 2 drink tickets to be used for beer, wine, soft drink, or water.
  • PLEASE be sure to indicate if you will require electricity for your booth.
  • The committee will email the booth layout and collect your theme details closer to the day of the trade show.
