The Trade Show is fast approaching! This year, you will have the ability to select your booth and pay online. Please note that location is approximate and we will work with the venue to get this as close to our map as possible. The tiered pricing is based off location, and we hope everyone will find a bit more autonomy in this process.

**Booth selection is final and cannot be changed.**

Details for booth registrations:

Your booth is not secured until payment is received.
If payment is not received by 4/7/25, your reserved booth will be made available to those on the waiting list.
Theme: Movies
Set-Up Time: 2:00 PM – 3:45 PM
Booth Price includes one 8’ table & 2 chairs.
Each booth can have up to 3 people from the exhibiting company.
Each exhibitor will receive 2 drink tickets to be used for beer, wine, soft drink, or water.
PLEASE NOTE: If you need electricity for your booth, please notify us, and note that you will be responsible to provide your own extension cables. We recommend 100 ft. minimum and a power strip. We will do our best to accommodate but encourage a theme that would make electrical optional.
The committee will collect your theme details closer to the day of the trade show.
