As the Public Information Representative for Metro Water Services (MWS), Jenn manages digital communications, including social media and the Metro Water Services’ website, and works with the communications team to share the utility’s story through public education and outreach. She has worked in public relations and public education for over 7 years for both the non-profit and the public sector and is passionate about bringing that expertise to share the value of water message.
Jenn holds a bachelor’s degree from Missouri State University and a master’s degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
