Building Owners and Managers Association Nashville |
USGBC Tennessee has just started the second year of our annual IMPACT Benchmarking Challenge, encouraging building owners/managers to track their Energy, Water, and Waste use from June 30-December 15, 2019. Teams will track their building’s progress in one or all of those categories using the Arc performance platform, with a goal to improve their Arc scores over the course of the competition. Those with the highest scores and most improvement in each category will be recognized at the USGBC Tennessee IMPACT conference in January of 2020.
It’s free to participate and any building in the state is eligible! We’re also running a separate sub competition for universities, from August-December. More information is available in the attached flier and on our website, and project teams can register here.

2019 Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance Conference: In 2019, the SEEA Conference will focus on the dynamic, interconnected roles played by policy, transportation and technology in the region's energy future. As the paths of each of these disciplines overlap and merge, we anticipate new jobs (and categories of jobs), new businesses, and the potential for robust economic growth across the Southeast. Synergies among them also hold the promise of enhanced storm resilience; improved outcomes in low income programs and public health; and more vibrant, energy-efficient rural and urban communities. Join us as we explore a palette of interesting new energy possibilities at this year's SEEA Conference! Click here for more information!
